overflow on combi

Hi,

The overflow on my combi is constantly leaking, started with a big gush of water yesterday and now wont stop. The dripping is driving me mad, is there anything i can do to to stop this? (apart from calling a plumber out) Could anyone tell me what may have caused it in the first place?
