Many Thanks for the responses to-date Guys,
Further to my previous note, please can you advise on the following questions:-
Question 1 - What needs to be done to get it repaired and stop the Overflow pipe from leaking water, if it is something to do with the Cold Water tank ?
Question 2 – How easy is it to get access into the Cold Water Tank and check the various parts for damage or leaks and how is the cold water tank usually accessed ?
Question 3 – How long would it take to repair ? And How much approx.. would the parts cost ?
Question 4 – Would it be advisable to request a Plummer or B.Gas Engineer as reason being if not the fault found in Cold Water tank then get him to possibly check the pressure gauges and pipework’s to do with the Boiler as well.
Let me know your thoughts.
