Hello
Have to change an oversink heater. In our local sports club for cleaners to fill mop buckets.
15mm cold feed pipework will need alteration as the model we are removing is obselete. Can i come off an isolation valve with a 'braided flexi' hose to feed new unit?
Well i mean i know i could but is there any reasons practical or regulation why this should not be done.
Thanks

Nope, wouldn't use a flexi. Depends on the type you are getting but invariably, instantaneous system likes that use the supply as the heat soak for residual heat left when flow is switched off.
All depends on the MI though, if they say you can use one then fire away.
