P trap from floor waste

Hi all
My project is moving my existing sink a few feet back and plumbing in a new one.
I don’t know what type of system is already in place but it’s all coming out and my intention is to install a p trap
The waste pipe will be coming up from the floor boards , I’ve looked on you tube for some tutorials for than scenario but only found one , But going by the comments the chap had ended up putting a s trap back in and hadn’t vented it
Is it a tricky job ? Is there anything online that can help me ? I’m also planning on putting in a durgle valve , Any help appreciated
