P.V.C. Cladding

I've been told that PVC Cladding is a better alternative to tiling.
I'm a bit sceptical.
Are there any drawbacks?

sorry I cant be of any help to you, the only thing I can assume is possibly moisture can get in behind the upvc, but I could be wrong

the main one, and its only an opinion is that it looks awful!

The good stuff isn't usually as\more expensive than tiles too.

I was going to go down this route but decided to tile the bathroom

tiles are better and longer lasting, the only downside to tiling is, depending on the colour grout you choos it can discolour over time, then again so can the upvc
