I have 4 Padstone to install in a line with e the beams connecting together across 2 of the padstones.

What is the best method in lining all the Padstones up so the beams sit in the middle and at the same height.

The distance for all the Padstones with beam spanning them is 9.5m.

This is in a loft space so not much to measure from and get a strait line from
