My bathroom radiator is chrome surface but rusty I don't have interest to use vinegar etc to clean it. So I decide to use spray radiator paint to cover it. Is it possible to do that ?
Low quality chromed steel is particularly prone to rusting.
If your radiator is in a steamy room, and is sometimes turned off, I expect it suffers from condensation and damp.
If you can be bothered to rub it with a green nylon scourer, well moistened with WD40, while the rust traces are very slight, you will be able to keep it looking decent for a while.
