Hi Folks
1st post and of-course its because I need some advice.
We have an en-suite shower room and 2 years back the upstairs neighbour had a leaka nd some minimal water damage was apparent.
Now at the time we rented it and the landlord painted over it etc.
Now recently I painted the bathroom ceiling white but the paint on the ceiling is sort of flaking off in certain areas and I'm sure this is most likely due to some residual dampness.
Now is there some sort of special paint I can use to seal the ceiling and then paint normally over it ?
If so what preparation work would you recommend I do to the ceiling before using this "special paint"
Appreciate any advice.
