I had my lounge/diner skimmed late last year and in the rush to complete the job and get moved back in (staying with the in-laws) i didn't bother with a mist coat and went straight to using my chosen emulsion.
This has now lead to an area where the paint has lifted. first off i removed the lifted paint, sanded it down and repainted it. Now the 'effect has started again. I now fear this may be something i am 'chasing round' the room forever!
Does anyone have any ideas to prevent this getting worse?
Incidentally the paint i'm using is Crown Lifestyle Paint (i think it has teflon in) used this as my 2 yr old likes drawing on things!
