Hi

I have a recently had an external wall rendered with tyrolean (Webber branded product I beleive) that was applied using a gun so is quite rough if you rub your hand on it.

Are there any paints out there that I could paint on the wall that would help smooth the rough finish? I am assuming standard external masonry paint will be too thin to make much difference.

Thanks in advance
D

Sandtex is some pretty decent stuff, probably round the Sharpe edges.
How smooth are you hoping for?

Thanks Pigeon, not completely smooth. At present if you rub you hand on it it will cut you slightly. Just enough to stop that really.

Has anyone used http://www.renotex.co.uk paint?!?

Cheers
D

Never seen that product before, it all reads good and plenty of information, the only thing secret is the price.
Im personally always willing to try different products, but its your house so your decision.
