No matter how many times i have repainted the mahogany window fitted to my garage the bottom of the frame always blows the paint off after a bit or bad weather,
I prepair the frame by completely removing all the old paint, rub some turpentine of the raw wood to remove any grease etc that might be on the wood lightly sand the bare wood and apply some primer, another light sanding followed by a coat of undercoat another light sanding followed by one sometimes two coats of gloss.
So why does this keep happening? and how can i fix the problem?

Could be a number of things but you definately need to start with aluminium wood primer over mahogony because its a hard wood

Ill give the aluminium paint a go, any particular brand?

The aluminium primer will cure your problem, and any brand would be fine. By the way hope you are keeping well mate.
