Radiator enamel, either applied with a roller, or sprayed on.

You can buy proper radiator paint from B&Q, I have used gloss before and it does work, but is will discolour after a while.

How about painting copper pipes coming out of a boiler?

Plain unpainted copper?...a rub down with wire wool and two coats of gloss

As for the rads...you might want to think about doing them the same colour as the walls behind.

I prefer eggsheel on rads as it doesnt stand out so much..it keeps white longer than gloss.

Otherwise Dulx aquatec..and, breaking the rules...i use an oil based undercoat beneath it..its never flaked.
