I just sanded a wall in the bathroom and Im going to paint it ,however not sure. Wall feels smooth to the touch but there are lines on it, like under the surface of the paint ? Previous owners didnt have a clue how to decorate so this was maybe an result of a bad prep?

Will a new bathroom paint cover these marks in 2 recommended coats them or do I need an extra step before painting ? Thanks
