I need to install 3 new fence panels, I like the colour and finish shown in this picture.

How would I get a finish like this?

I'm sure I couldn't take any fence panel and get a good finish as the timber is rough on B&Q panels, and they have tantalise in them.

I'm guessing I would need to get a panel that hasn't been treated, and protect by primer, undercoat etc.

Any help appreciated.

They look more like custom made panels. They would need knotting and priming , then undercoat and gloss. If wood is tantalised it can still be over painted.

Yes. I have painted tanalised timber before and had no problems at all. You may need extra undercoats rubbed down between coats prior to the top coats but its quite easy to do, time consuming but looks the part.
