Painting gloss with a roller

I painted a door with white gloss paint and with a small foam roller, i noticed while doing it that the process seemed to put a lot of small bubbles into the paintwork, whats the best roller to use for glossing a door

Did they not clear very quickly? Should also reduce as the roller loads with paint as opposed to air.

The bubbles mostly went away once i went back over the area around 5-10mins later, the rollers were from screwfix, just wondered if there was a different type of roller to use

A mohair roller is best, or use the foam roller and then lay off with a pure bristle brush.
