painting internal blockwork and brick

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to paint the inside of my shed, but i would like it to have a really nice finish maybe a matt finish.

What kind of preparation will i need todo and what paint would be best for the job?

A good brushing followed by two coats of emulsion worked for me.
