i have got crown matt emulsion, our walls were skimmed on friday gone, they look bone dry, we had the walls skimmed over skim.
will they be ok to paint

its just that people say leave for a week cos the plaster behind might be damp still, dont wanna cock up.

If it's pink it's ready. However, make sure you thin the paint down about 20% or it won't stick.
