Just had our spare bedroom re skimmed yesterday and it appears to have dried very rapidly. The plaster didn't specify a time to wait to paint but just that we should paint with matt emulsion let down by 40% water.
Getting some pressure to complete the room - any ideas when the earliest I should proceed to paint it. Thanks

A tad less thinning, say, 30% water..
If it looks dry & is not 'cold' to the touch then paint it tomorrow all that will happen is the paint wont dry where the plasters still damp..;)
