Used Gyproc easi fill for some plasterboard repair

Now I would like to know the best way to paint the surface

Can I apply zinsser bin straight over the filler?

Or do I need to apply a watered down mist coat first, then prime with bin and then paint?

Or do i need to use a water based primer?

Can use
Acrylic primer undercoat
Gardz
Beeline sealer
BIN
Coverstain
Dulux retail plaster primer (trade is solvent, well last time I looked) odd that.
And many more. Normally says on tin what it can be used for but I'd use acrylic primer undercoat as cheap
