Painting over skimmed artex ceiling

Hi

I had artex in on my bathroom ceiling which i got a plasterer to remedy providing a nice smooth surface.

This was 2 weeks ago and it's perfectly dry now.

Can I just stick 2 coats of Dulux Magic White Rich Matt (goes on pink, dries white) on and be done or does it need plaster sealer etc first?

Seal it with a matt emulsion thinned around 25% first. Don’t know about using Dulux Magic White to seal; I usually use trade white or even the cheap own brand stuff for sealing bare plaster.
