Hi all,
Need a little help, I've got some textured wallpaper on the ceiling in the bedroom and its in good condition and looks fine to paint over it. Basically need a little help as to what sort of paint to use and should I apply a watered down mix first? And if so what sort of consistency? I've got some matt emultion white paint, should I even water it down?
