Painting tanalised timber

Can you successfully paint (new) tanalised softwood cladding with Dulux Weathershield or similar? Would you need an aluminium primer? Any pointers gratefully received.

Ive painted tantalised wood no problem before. I had some decking spindles which were tantalised and painted them white at home and they have never changed colour or anything. Just normal oil based undercoat and satinwood.
