I have a panasonic micowave N813A combination oven. When you program say one minute press the start it counts down to to 37 seconds and stops. There is no heat. This is on the microwave only , the oven and grill work as normal. Can anybody help.

Magnetron faulty.

Sounds like it's an inverter board model. If it is, magnetron will be faulty and may have taken out the inverter board with it.
