panel heater location?

Hello,

Im installing a Panel heater inside a small downstairs toilet area.

This area also contains a wash basin.

Just wonderied if the location of the heater could be on any wall

as the room does not contain a bath or shower?

(800w via a f.c.u fitted with a 5A fuse.)
