can any one help by confirming the following for me....

i want to install a hand drier (3KW) and water heater (2.5KW) in a room with a toilet and sink. there ia an existing socket in the room, so i was wanting to replace the socket (which is part of a ring) with two switched fused spures one for each appliance.

question- would supplying the appliances from switched fused spures which is part of a ring conform to the regs.

and im i right in saying that the copper pipe to the water heater does not require bonding due to the fact that the room doesnt contain a bath or shower.

thanks in advance

Yes, to both of your questions.
One item is that by doing this you will be concentrating all of the load (5.5KW) at one point on the ring. Total load is around 23A when both running together. Not the best solution.
Better to run a separate radial in 4mm with a 32A CB to supply these two.

Using 13A switched FCU's is ok.
It's not a bathroom so supplementary bonding is not required.
