I am looking for advise/help. I need repairs completed to pan tile roof and have had 3 quotes so far. All of the guys have said that work needs completed to the skews and the chimney needs rendered, however one of the guys is taking about installing dpc soakers and his quote is £2,600, others are £700.
Is soakers something that should be used on a pantile roof? Why have they never been used before on the roof?
