Looking for advice on parapet wall refurbishment cost. Been quoted £450 to "hack off" 1x side of loose render (the top photo), supply and fit render bead, apply 2x coat of render (scratch coat and finish coat) and clean all debris off site.
Also been quoted an additional £300 to replace lead flashing across parapet wall / tiled roof.
Does this seem like a fair price? The lead flashing appears to be ok though so might not bother with that.
Relatedly, I've been told to check that they'll have replacement roof tiles (in case any are broken I presume). Any advice is welcome.
