Part identification

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can do me a quick favour.

Basically in the process of moving house recently I lost a small part of my bed. It is a small solid metal cylinder with a slot at one end so you can turn it with a screwdriver and a hole dirlled through the middle to hold a screw in position. I was hoping someone could tell me what this thing is called and if they are readily available in stores?
