Part setting on Texecom Elite

I am having some issues with my part sets on my texecom elite. I have 2 Areas, A is the house and B is an external sensor on the driveway. Both RKPs and all users are set to both Areas.

Evening Arm should just do the external door sensors in A and the PIR in B so on Evening Arm I omit all Area A PIRs. For Bedtime Part 1 I dont omit anything.
However when I went downstairs this morning and past 2 PIRs whos LEDs lit up, but the alarm didnt sound or atcivate the entry timer. It did in the past so not sure if I have got a general setting wrong somewhere recently, or something else could be a problem.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It's not programmed correctly

ditto, check the programing and how you set the system or not, you can check the event log, if you have wintex you may find it easier looking at the panels full log.
