We have award with our neighbour six months ago.We are about to start the work. Neighbour sold the house.
Does the award automatically transfer to new owner?

The PWA doesn't specifically mention change of adjoining owner, so it comes down to case law, which says that new adjoining owners are bound by existing awards.

PS. this is different for a building owner, where the act says new notices must be served.
