passport photos

I have a printer and photo paper.

The photos are on my computer, but they seem to always print to full size

about 6 x 4 inches.

Is there an easy, not to complicated way,to print small 45mm x 35 mm

pictures

Would photo bucket be any use.

I use the windoze picture & fax viewer with XP, lots of variations on it.

Or Gimp is also free & will enable you to resize the photos as you wish, as wellas being useful for general photo editing etc.
