Patch on newly plastered and painted wall

Morning,

Just painted a skimmed wall and after putting the topcoat on can (annoyingly) see a slightly textured / rougher patch. The rest looks good. .Is there a 'cheat' to treat that patch to avoid painting the whole wall (it took 5 hours to do!).

I have done the following so far:

Mist coat - Dulux supermatt 3:1 diluted
Emulsion coat - Dulux supermatt 5:1
Earthbourne clay paint topcoat
