We have just knocked down a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Both have a floor with a 20mm asphalt/bitumen layer on top of concrete.
The block wall was built on top of A DPM sheet which was laid onto the concrete slab, not on top of the bitumen floor.
I now need to fill in the 2.4m x 0.2m area where the wall was and ensure it is damp proof.
Can you give me quick cost effective options please?
