Hi,

Got an area to cover with some kind of hardstanding, it's about 45 sq m. Fair bit of it needs to be made up to level.

Had a few quotes for patio, in the £3k range. Is this reasonable?

Are there any cheaper ways of doing it? Could I even get the area asphalted? Concreted? It was previously concreted, but it was a dogs breakfast of different pours at varying heights.

Cheers

theres alot of veariables in slabing like the slabs is a big part starting from 99p each up to £100 sqm then theres muck away and stone ect
we have just done a 120sqm court yard slabed garden come in at about "£6K
that for cheap slabs ect

Id say concrete is the fastest probs the cheapest or just gravel it your self barrow and shovel and all that good stuff shame your not i my neck of the woods sound like a nice little job for us. shame
