Patio doors leaking through frame

Hi all,

So during heavy wind and rain my patio doors are leaking. But not through the door seals but rather through the frame. Please see pic.

The house is only 3 years old so I hope it's covered under warranty but incase it isn't, can anyone think why it's leaking here?
