Hello All, any idea why these 3.5mm screws, the type normally supplied with sockets, switches, etc, which have an unthreaded tip to facilitate locating into the threaded tab, are apparently unobtainable? All the ones I've seen for sale recently are just threaded right to the end...or can anyone tell me where I can obtain some from...thanks!

Thanks Jadele!...I'd just this minute searched the RS site for 1stly pattress screws, then 3.5mm screws and drawn a blank. You've certainly earned my thanks today! ....AND they're not a bad price too :)

Doh! who'd have thought it?......there was I thinking 'something else made of unobtainium'....:)
Indeed, but do you realise that means that they may not be suitable for switches, FCUs etc. - only for 'Electric Plug Sockets'! :)

Kind Regards, John
