PC charger causes socket to flash when plugged in?

Did you not notice that?

I already have an extension lead of the length I want - the cable is fine - I just want to put a switched socket block on it. It's not difficult to do, its not brain surgery and it does not require any other leads.

I also do not take it to other countries. :)
