I have a Biasi Garda boiler. On Friday the heat came on but there was no hot water. Later when I checked the boiler ( now not providing heat either) I found that one of the PCBs had burnt out. I have now ordered a replacement PCB, but is there something else I should look at that maybe caused the burnout in the first place?

I have just had the same issue. The PCB in question was the Honeywell Full Sequence ignition device. One of the relays near the 7 pin connector has burnt out and fried the PCB.

Been doing some research on the web and seen a few with this problem. It may explain why there are two variants to this pcb, and they are interchangeable btw.

We had no symptoms before this happened either. Boiler has been running faultlessly until now.
