I am trying to find someone who is able to either hire out a machine or preferably just butt weld a 90mm pe pipe to a small extension. I can't electrofusion weld because the coupling will increase the dimensions to much for the wall it is in.

The only way is to butt fusion weld the piece and extend below the floor to allow electrofusion coupling on the remaining pipe joins.

Does anyone know anywhere I can get his small piece done?

Is the work currently portable or does it need to be done in situ? Maybe a few more details on what it is you are trying to achieve could help.

The work is portable, it's a 90mm 90 degree bend that came with a Viega toilet frame unfortunately it is only 235mm in length. The fame sits within a stud wall, the wall is 100mm wide. The coupling would make this 106mm which would mean it would not be flush. The only way then to extend the bend in length from 235mm is to add another piece of pipe by welding it and then passing the floor, which then I can attach the next 90 degree bend and take it out along the joists.

The rest can be electrofusion welded with couplings as the high width doesn't become an issue.

It is this item that came with the unit - http://www.viega.com/catalog/en_COM...onnection_sets/Connection_elbow_90/17328.html

I would suggest having a word with a local gas or water main installation company, they have the kit and provided you take the work to them, I'm sure they may be able to help you out, possibly offer a donation to a charity of their choice to say thanks. Clancy (Docwra) may well be the company doing a lot of the water work in your area, so worth a try perhaps.

It's not the sort of kit regular plumbers/heating engineers have, although rising mains for pumped sewers are now often done in HDPE pipework, with fused joints.

Quite difficult to find, rang a few places but they only hire when they need. It's one of those neigh on impossible things to find someone on the off chance that would be willing to do it.
