We have just had new bathroom built and plastered. My OH feeling a bit under pressure to get the job done painted before plaster was 100% dry. Has only done mist coat but used a bathroom paint with 10% water to do this.

Since then we have had some red plaster seeping through the paint. Also, when I applied frog tape to paint skirting it took the paint off the wall. Not sure what to do now.

Don't want to apply next coat of paint if we are going to run into problems with peeling but also don't know how to remedy problems before we continue.

Any advice appreciated.

If you've only taken paint off, then Id guess another mist coat, but more diluted, then the final coat. Maybe sand edges a bit first to make sure what currently sticks is good.
But the pro decorators might have a better suggestion!
