Pergola beam timber size

I'm building a pergola in the garden, 3m x 4m. The 2 main cross beams that will go across the 150mm x 150mm posts will be a span of 3m long. What kind of size timber should I use for these two main beams?
 
Its more an aesthetic question. 4x2s would be fine strength wise but they might look a bit under sized.
