I like the new way in which threads are locked - specifically how the moderators are editing the last admissable post so that their own post's don't automatically disappear after the usual timespan. I also like the way that the moderator no longer gives his number, so now there is no clue which one was responsible

It depends how the system has been set up. Given how the mods on this forum behave, and how admin totally and completely ignores all contact, my bet is admin at least has access to everything. Easily denied of course.
