hi, 1994 m plate escort salloon, 1.6 petrol injection .
every so often i get the stink of petrol in the car, worse with window open
had car on ramp cant find any leaks, petrol cap has been renewed ,it is proper one for car
im told tank vent pipe could be blocked
thing is how do you get to do it ?i can see where it comes out at back of the tank and runs along side of filler pipe to the top where the roll over valve is
can the whole down pipe be removed without taking the tank out as well.?
