Pictures from Andriod to Winfows 10

Wife has been successfully uploading pictures from Samsung Galaxy S10+ to Windows 10 PC for months.

Recently it stopped uploading (please see following pictures)

I deleted previous update which worked for a few days, unfortunately its no longer working.

Any suggestion gratefully received.

Who knows with those images that convey no useful information.
Options;
Email the pics to yourself (common email account on phone and pc)
Get yourself a double ended usb drive (assuming Samsung are usb-c), copy files that way.
When you connect phone to pc, swipe down on the phone screen, pick up the USB connection options, verify they are correct for file transfer. Also check the Windows end
