London terrace property with difficult rear access.

I'm considering a large rear ground floor extension, extending 6m back and 2m out on the side.

So the new footprint would need 6m + 4m (back face) + 9m (return to main house body) of trench work, likely 1600mm down.

I'm I being daft to consider mini pile work such as heli pile product?

Here's a YT video of how easy the fit is

Positives- less spoil, less heavy dig, less concrete and aggregates, less labour

Negatives- cost?

No, get quotes for both.
As you in london you'll be loaded anyway :D

I like the look of those heli piles. Let us know how the price compares to standard mini-piles

How do you know that it will need a 1.6m dig? But all things considered, a traditional strip may well still be cheaper at that depth, and just as quick to do.
