pine doors fit snug bottom half then go gappy at top help

just fitted a pine door and fitted the door stop , correct gapping and everything thing is the bottom half of the door fits up against the stop but then as you look further up the door it is not ,how can i get around this ,checked the other pine doors that i did not fit and they all have the same problem
 
is the door level with the frame on the hanging side and shuts flush with the closing side?if not it sounds as if the frame/lining is in wind,you might be able to adjust the hinges by bringing either 1 out a tage,or just move the stops acordingly,or the door could be warped?.
