pipe bending techniques.

Can anyone provide me with help pulling passover and offset bends please. Looking to improve my pipe bending and need any advice or tips on how to improve in this area.

Try it with 15mm first.

Place the tube in the bender leaving about 150mm sticking out the end, bend the pipe 70deg ish ( half way between 45 and 90 deg, get that bend in your head and memorise it for all time, turn the pipe round so the crook is in the middle of the bend, look down the pipe and line it all up straight, bend the pipe about 40 deg, if you look down the pipe as you bend it you can see the end swinging into place.

A full passover is exactly the same only you bend both ends.
