Pipe running from boiler to outside door

I am looking at knocking through my kitchen into my utility room however there is currently an internal soil stack between the rooms, so today I have knocked out the boarding surrounding this and come accross a grey pipe which goes outside about a foot off the ground, I have traced this back to the boiler, how easy is this going to be to get moved?

Possibly a condensate discharge pipe. As previous, pictures would be helpful.
