At last - another fellow insomniac, how happy to know i am not alone

Sleep ? sleep is a word in the dictionary somewhere between s#it and A chronic infectious disease caused by a spirochete (syph####) .. used that a few times !!
When ? when watching the great sleep inducer ... better than pills ... the old fools lantern !! Unfortunately the old synchro .. doesn't !.. hence the odd late / early post ..... but then I do not have to get up for work .. Gosh how I miss being one of the first on snowy/icy roads, twenty odd miles of A,B and Mo-way.. Always nice to see the gritters hitting the road just after I arrived at work !!
