PIRs?

Hi

I have a GARDTEC 360 / 580 control panel and I need to replace one of the PIR units.
The PIR unit that I need to replace is a Gardscan M series, not sure if it is an M or MX.

My questions

1. Can I connect any PIR to the system?

2. Does anyone know what the modern version/replacement are for the Gardscan M / MX?

3. Does anyone know where I can buy the original ceiling mount brackets?

2 no ( probably a eurosec ) they may still make the gardscan ?
3 never seen one for a gardscan ....buy an Optex rxc-st it comes with a ceiling bracket and much better

We use Risco I Wise PIR's but have also used Texecom and Optex with no problems.
You can still get the Gardscan PIR and ceiling bracket direct from Risco but you have to be in the trade.
Im sure amazon sell them.
